1. Are Purple Plum wigs heat resistant?
     Yes! All of our wigs are heat resistant up to 350°F.
 
2. Are Purple Plum wigs tangle resistant?
     Yes again! Our wigs are tangle resistant, which makes them very easy to brush out when they do get tangled.
 
3. How do I detangle a Purple Plum wig?  
     We recommend using a wide tooth comb or brush or your fingers. Start by detangling the ends of the wig. As the ends become detangled, work your way up the wig to get it fully detangled. Please do not try to detangle a wig from the top down. That method results in all the tangles falling to the bottom, making it much harder to comb out. 4. What hair styling tools can we use to style Purple Plum wigs?
     You can use regular hair styling tools with any of our wigs! Please note, if you are using a tool that utilizes heat, please do not exceed a temperature of 350°F.

5. What types of hair care products can we use to style or care for Purple Plum wigs?
     Styling Products: Our wigs are compatible with hairsprays, styling gels, and other styling products. If you would like to know if a specific styling product is ok to use with our wigs, please email us at info@purple-plum.com.
     Hair Cleaning Products: There are many ways you can go about washing our wigs! There are synthetic hair shampoos and conditioners on the market. Alternatively, there are multiple tutorials online that detail the use of fabric softener and other methods for wig care. You can check out a tutorial on how to was your wig here
 
6. How do you recommend storing your wigs?
     Our wigs can be stored in the original bag that they came in to prevent damage and dust.

Website Questions

1. Do I have to sign up for an account to order?
     You do not have to create an account profile to order.

2. How do I see shipping fees?
     Shipping is based on location and weight. To see shipping fees navigate to your shopping cart and choose a destination.

3. Paypal is giving me an error. What should I do?
     If Paypal express checkout is not working, try logging out and logging back in and ordering again. This should fix the problem. If it still isn't working, please email us and we will send you a manual invoice through Paypal to pay with.

4. Do you offer gift certificates? How do they work?
     Yes, we do offer gift certificates. To purchase a gift certificate, choose the "Gift Certificate" link on the left menu and fill out the form.

     To redeem a gift certificate, follow these instructions (which are also included in the email):

     1) Go to our site
     2) Add to cart any products.
     3) Follow to "Checkout" section.
     4) Enter your personal details.
     5) Select "Gift Certificate" as payment method.
     6) Enter your Gift Certificate ID and click the "Submit" button.
